Made a great batch of Hot Pepper Butter tonight. The house still smells "hot" from it. I brought some to a party last night as a dipper for pigs in a blanket. It was a big hit. We also had hot ham & cheese sandwiches that I spread it on. Gave it that hot and sweet taste that it was missing.

I have been thinking about trying to make this with carmalized onions instead of peppers. Will keep you informed if I decide to try it!
